You must be able to provide the following information:
- Current CNA license
- Current TB Results and/or Chest X-Ray within 1-2 years
- Current CPR License
- Clean background report
- MVR, if you are willing to drive patients in your car or theirs
- Valid Driver’s License and Current Auto Insurance
- Reliable Transportation-Most Jobs are not on bus line
Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide Compassionate and Empathetic Care
- Personal Care
- Assistance with ADL’s
- Medication Reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Preparing Meals & Feeding patients
- Assisting the patient with ROM exercises (Active and Passive), & Reinforce therapy exercises
- Accompanying the patient to doctors, errands, and other personal appointments
- Assisting with Ambulation, Positioning/Repositioning as needed
- Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy environment
- Taking the patient’s vital signs as requested
- Incontinence Care
- Observing and reporting changes in patient’s condition
